Dental Temp Coverage connects dental offices with temporary provider coverage based on availability and mutual agreement.

No Guarantee of Placement

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee provider availability or booking.
 

Independent Business Relationship

Unless otherwise stated in writing, temporary providers operate as independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, insurance, and legal compliance.
 

Payments

Rates, deposits, overtime, and payment deadlines are confirmed in writing before service dates.
 

Cancellations

Cancellation terms may include forfeiture of deposits or additional fees depending on notice provided.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental Temp Coverage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or staffing arrangements.
 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Florida unless otherwise agreed.
 

Independent Contractor Agreement (Template)

This Independent Contractor Agreement is entered into between the Hiring Dental Office and Temporary Provider.
 

Key Terms

• Coverage date(s), hours, and location

• Compensation and payment timing

• Scope of permitted duties

• Required active licenses and credentials

• Malpractice insurance requirements

• Compliance with office policies and applicable laws

• Confidentiality and HIPAA obligations

• Independent contractor status (no employee benefits)

• Cancellation / rescheduling terms

• Responsibility for taxes and expenses

• Dispute resolution

Both parties should review and sign before the assignment date.
